RESERVA

A wine produced from the Garnacha grape variety.

This wine is a blend of selected grapes from vines more than 40 years old.

Harvest takes place from the second week in September.

Alcoholic strength 13,5 %.
Serve at 18º-20ºC.

Presented in a Bordeaux Reserva bottle.

ALCOHOL: 13.5 % by vol.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Garnacha, selected vineyards over 40 years old.

HARVEST: second week of September onwards.

WINE MAKING: Traditional wine making, fermented at 28ºC, followed by a 15 day maceration withskin contact.

CRIANZA: Ageing for fourteen months in American oak barrels followed by at least twenty-four months in its own bottle.

TASTING:
• Colour: Colour is a deep, ruby red of great clarity and brightness.
• Aroma: The aromas are complex, a blend of spices and ripe fruit.
• Palate: To taste the sensation is full and harmonious, smooth and lingering.

SERVE: between 18º-20ºC.
